Hello,
I'm getting errors importing the Shiro sample projects into Eclipse. I'm attaching a screenshot. I'm trying to import the projects using Eclipse (version info below) by doing the following: File > Import > Maven > Existing Maven Projects I'm choosing the "shiro-root-1.2.0\samples" folder as the root directory. Eclipse complains prior to the import with the following errors: "No marketplace entries found to handle gmaven-plugin:1.3:compile in Eclipse. Please see Help for more information." "No marketplace entries found to handle gmaven-plugin:1.3:testCompile in Eclipse. Please see Help for more information." After the import completes, Eclipse shows 19 Maven related projects similar to this: "Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration: org.codehaus.gmaven:gmaven-plugin:1.3:compile (execution: default, phase: compile) pom.xml /samples-aspectj line 23 Maven Project Build Lifecycle Mapping Problem" I am using the following version of Eclipse and m2e plugin: Eclipse version:Indigo Service Release 1; Build id: 20110916-0149 m2e - Maven Integration for Eclipse 1.0.100.20110804-1717 Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The error means that m2e doesn't know what to do when the gmaven plugin is normally be executed. There is a wiki page with some information: http://wiki.eclipse.org/M2E_plugin_execution_not_covered
